Commit c5d1304 removed the HasStandardAvailability filter from
GET /api/availability, so every schedule slot was rendered as clickable
even when ResDiary could not take the booking. Clicking an unbookable
slot failed at /api/book with an error. Affects all restaurants.

Restore the filter so only genuinely bookable slots are exposed, and add
route-level regression tests (mixed availability, all-unavailable, and
param passthrough).
